This Cancellation & Refund Policy applies to all courses offered by SK Digital Academy through the website skdigitalacademy.in and its platform.

1. Course Enrollment & Seat Booking

To enroll in any course, students are required to:

• • Pay an initial seat booking fee of ₹499 to confirm their admission.

This initial payment is mandatory to reserve a seat in the selected course. The remaining payment of the course can be paid in two easy installments. Refer the table below for course pricing .

2. Seat Booking Fee Policy

• • The ₹499 seat booking fee is strictly non-refundable.

• • Once the payment is made, the seat is considered reserved.

• • This amount will not be refunded under any circumstances, including:
    
    • • Change of mind
    • • Personal reasons
    • • Schedule conflicts
    • • Failure to attend classes

3. No Refund Policy for Courses

• • SK Digital Academy follows a strict no-refund policy for all courses.

• • Once a student enrolls and makes any payment (partial or full), no refund will be issued.

    • • Offline classroom courses
    • • Recorded video courses
    • • Live training programs
    • • Certification courses

4. Course Cancellation by Student

If a student chooses to discontinue the course:

• • No refund (partial or full) will be provided.

• • Access to plateform content may be discontinued as per academy rules.

5. Course Cancellation by Academy

In rare cases where SK Digital Academy cancels a course:

• • The academy may offer:
    
    • • Transfer to another batch, OR
    • • Transfer to another equivalent course

Refund decisions in such cases will be at the sole discretion of the academy management.

By:
